What is Rosewood Residences? Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach is a branded condominium on Hillsboro Mile, the stretch of Hillsboro Beach between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. It has 92 residences: 70 in a 10-story beachfront building and 22 coastal residences on the Intracoastal side, from about 2,800 to 6,400 square feet. Related Group and Dezer Development are the developers. Arquitectonica designed it and Studio Piet Boon designed the interiors.
Construction started in December 2024 and the building topped out in February 2026. Coastal Construction Group is the contractor. Completion is expected in early 2027.

Who Rosewood Residences Fits
It fits buyers who want a large residence in a quiet, low-density stretch of the coast, with hotel-style services and a slip on the Intracoastal. Hillsboro Mile has few new buildings, so new inventory here is limited.
How Buying Pre-Construction Works in Florida
- Reservation and contract: you choose a residence, sign the purchase agreement and pay the first deposit.
- 15-day review period: Florida law (Section 718.503, Florida Statutes) gives buyers of a new condominium from a developer 15 days to cancel after signing and receiving the required documents. Use that time to review the documents with your attorney.
- Construction: later deposits come due on the dates or milestones in your contract.
- Closing: you pay the balance at closing, in cash or with a mortgage. If you plan to finance, start talking to lenders well before completion.
