Palm Beach is a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Lake Worth Lagoon, with West Palm Beach across the water. The whole town shares one ZIP code, 33480, but the island has four areas that price very differently: the North End, In-Town, the Estate Section and the South End. Start with the area that fits how you want to live, then compare the communities inside it.

How to Read These Numbers

  • Data comes from Beaches MLS active listings in the Town of Palm Beach on November 3, 2026, priced at $100,000 or more. Rentals are excluded.
  • Homes are single-family houses. Units with an apartment number are counted as condos or co-ops, since many Palm Beach co-ops are listed as single-family in the MLS.
  • Communities follow MLS subdivision and building names. Area lines follow the street boundaries above. Listings right on a boundary street are assigned by location.
  • A median from a small number of listings is not a reliable value guide. Ask for a comparable sales analysis before you write an offer.

Not Sure Which Part of Palm Beach Fits?

Two listings at the same price on this island can mean a lakefront condo with full service or a small house on a quiet North End street. I help buyers compare the areas by lifestyle and total yearly cost, and I help owners understand what their property is worth in its own part of the island.
