Before I was a real estate advisor in South Florida, I worked in banking in Venezuela. I watched families lose wealth they had spent decades building — not slowly, but in months. Sometimes weeks.
 
That experience is the reason I do this work the way I do it. Every client conversation starts from the same place: this is someone's capital, and it deserves to be treated that way.
 
How I Work
 
I moved to Boca Raton in 2009. Since then, I've focused on one region: South Florida — specifically Boca Raton, Miami, and Palm Beach. Golf communities, waterfront properties, pre-construction projects. Markets where buyers are serious about where their money goes.
 
In 2024, I was the number one agent by sales volume in Miami. I've since moved to Engel & Völkers West Palm Beach — because I wanted to work with fewer clients and be genuinely useful to each one.
 
I don't manage a team of agents. I handle every conversation directly.
