What is Oasis Hallandale? Oasis Hallandale is a 10-acre mixed-use development at 1000 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard. It has two 25-story condominium towers, West and East, with 250 residences each, from one to three bedrooms and about 900 to 4,750 square feet. Giuseppe Iadisernia is the developer, Arquitectonica designed the towers and MGM Construction Group is the contractor. About 95,000 square feet of retail, dining and offices sit at the base.
West Tower: in August 2026 it received a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for floors 1 to 12, with closings expected to begin. It was reported 85% presold. East Tower: topped out in March 2026, with completion expected in 2027.

It fits buyers who want new construction with shops and restaurants downstairs, a short drive from the beach. The two towers are at different stages, so ask which tower and which floors are available before you compare.
How Buying Pre-Construction Works in Florida
- Reservation and contract: you choose a residence, sign the purchase agreement and pay the first deposit.
- 15-day review period: Florida law (Section 718.503, Florida Statutes) gives buyers of a new condominium from a developer 15 days to cancel after signing and receiving the required documents. Use that time to review the documents with your attorney.
- Construction: later deposits come due on the dates or milestones in your contract.
- Closing: you pay the balance at closing, in cash or with a mortgage. If you plan to finance, start talking to lenders well before completion.
