What is Bentley Residences? Bentley Residences Miami is a 62-story oceanfront tower, about 716 feet tall, at 18401 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach. It has 216 residences from three to five bedrooms, with in-unit sky garages for three or four cars, reached by a car elevator called the Dezervator. Dezer Development is the developer and Sieger Suarez Architects designed it in collaboration with Bentley Motors.
Coastal Construction is building it. In late July 2026 the structure had reached about 13 stories. Completion is expected in 2028.

Who Bentley Residences Fits
It fits buyers who want a large oceanfront residence and keep cars they care about. Completion is still about two years away, so read the deposit schedule in the contract closely and plan your cash flow around it.
How Buying Pre-Construction Works in Florida
- Reservation and contract: you choose a residence, sign the purchase agreement and pay the first deposit.
- 15-day review period: Florida law (Section 718.503, Florida Statutes) gives buyers of a new condominium from a developer 15 days to cancel after signing and receiving the required documents. Use that time to review the documents with your attorney.
- Construction: later deposits come due on the dates or milestones in your contract.
- Closing: you pay the balance at closing, in cash or with a mortgage. If you plan to finance, start talking to lenders well before completion.
